Possum Trot is our newest blend featuring Fair Trade/Organic Peru, Washed Ethiopia, and Colombia coffees.

Bright citrus aromatics, big, round body, medium acidity, mid-notes of apricot and honey-nougat sweetness, clean finish. 

Did you know Kansas City was almost named “Possum Trot”? At an 1840’s meeting to determine what our new township should be called, rumor has it the name was tossed out for consideration yet fell shy by just 1 single vote. (Historical accuracy is impossible to verify, of course, but oft is the case with such great tales.)

Opossums are clever, adaptable, take excellent care of their own, and are immune to many ills that plague creatures of similar stature. We could all stand to take a page from their book.
