Mexico is the only coffee producer in North America.

The most well known coffees hail from cooperatives in Oaxaca and Chiapas. Vera Cruz was the first state to grow coffee, and remains a large producing area.

Our current coffee is from a Cooperative within the El Triunfo Biosphere Reserve in Chiapas. The coop is dual certified Organic, as well as Fair Trade.

This is a balanced cup. Sweet, chocolaty, and smooth.

Organic Mexican's are the perfect gateway to more exotic Central Americans.
